📦 Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing parts or incomplete order

⏳ Return Request Timeframe

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

🎥 Unboxing Proof Requirement

To approve any return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  • Original package unopened
  • Damage or issue clearly visible during unboxing

Without proper video proof, refund/return requests may be rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products without original packaging

💰 Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or UPI)
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
